AUBLR held its annual Symposium, “Profits Plus Philanthropy: The Emerging Law of Social Enterprises,” on April 18, 2012. The event focused on the rapidly-growing popularity, progress, and publicity of “social enterprises.” Participants included entrepreneurs and founders of social enterprises, practitioners, and academics.
