Elizabeth Grant is the Editor-in-Chief of the American University Business Law Review.  She is currently a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the co-Treasurer of the International Trade and Investment Law Society.  Her comment, “Ignoring the Technicality’s Temptation: Interpreting the Citizenship of a Foreign Official Under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act,” is featured in this volume American University Business Law Review.  During law school, she interned at Superior Court of the District of Columbia, the Department of Justice, the Department of Commerce, and held a Dean’s fellowship. Elizabeth graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a major in English and she hails from Wilmington, DE.
