Zachary Davis is a third year student at American University Washington College of Law.  He joined the American University Business Law Review in 2012 and is currently an Articles Editor.  Zachary was born in Provo, Utah.  He attended Brigham Young University and Utah Valley University for his undergraduate education and earned a bachelor degree in history with minors in political science and German in 2011.  Zachary became interested in studying the law while at high school.  While attending law school, he has worked for a private firm in Maryland and interned for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Corporation Finance.
